The customers are a married couple, young people of twenty—three years old. Passionate music fans who collect vinyl and don't watch TV. Despite the modest living space, they wanted a separate bedroom, a workspace, maximum living area, and plenty of hidden storage spaces.

Despite the modest living area, they wanted a separate bedroom, a workspace, maximum living space, and plenty of hidden storage. Additionally, they desired beautiful lighting and the ability to use different lighting scenarios. The landmarks were European modern design, eco-friendly materials and natural color.
Repairs had to be done in eight months.
The apartment has a regular rectangular shape, which is an obvious advantage. However, there is a load-bearing wall in the center, separating the kitchen and living room: it was impossible to move it, so it had to be accepted as is. There was also a large balcony with panoramic windows, which seemed like a virtue, but the architects deemed it "useless" as the wall between the room and the balcony obstructed the panoramic view. We dismantled the balcony partition and replaced the windows. As a result, we gained additional space, a floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, and luxurious natural light.
We also reconfigured the bathroom, making it shorter and wider. This allowed us to move the kitchen and incorporate a sleeping area into it, placing it on a platform by the window. Combining a multitude of functions in a small area while maintaining a clean and minimalist space was our main achievement in the project.
